The
facility can accommodate 14 horses comfortably, boasts two large pastures
for turnout and a "playpen" with sand and rubber footing.
The seven stall heated barn includes two wash racks with heat lamps, private tack lockers and a common tack room.
The
220' x 80' heated indoor arena features sand and rubber footing
with 'Arena Rx', large mirrors and a sound system.
Outdoors there is a 250' x 120' training ring; a 250' x 180' show ring will be completed in the summer. The park-like acreage is also suitable to hacking.
RaeAnn
began riding at four years old on her grandparents ranch in
Asotin Washington. Early riding was to herd the cattle and
sheep, including driving to summer range and back, 80miles . In
the 70's she showed quarter horses in English and western
classes and began combined training in 1973 where she trained
and competed in the pacific northwest. In 1980 RaeAnn
moved to Colorado and began focusing exclusively on dressage.
RaeAnn is currently a USDF Certified Instructor, USDF bronze and
silver medalist and an 'L' Judge. She has trained and competed
thru the Grand Prix level in dressage. Look for RaeAnn and
Orion (Idocus x Gigi) at competitions in 2005!

Phantom Hill Farm is honored to host trainers from around the world who bring with them new techniques and ideas. Felix has trained under Holger Schmezer and competed in Germany at the Prix St. George level. Phantom Hill will be hosting Lars Petersen from Denmark in 2005. We are lucky here at Phantom Hill
Farm to have some of the best people helping out to keep the
place running smoothly. Without the working students, many
volunteers and exceptional clients we could never be the
facility we are today. No
equine facility is complete without a few ancillary species to keep you on
your toes... Spotless and Juliette, the new barn kittens, are a
constant source of entertainment. Harley (dog) is a real
'help' with the chores.
Phantom
Hill Farm hosts an annual Christmas party where riders have a
chance to 'strut their stuff' for the guests. Thanks to
everyone who helped to make this years party a huge success!
