RaeAnn Cook is a USDF certified instructor and "L" level judge. Her training philosophy is to promote good horsemanship and to teach the rider to understand the needs of the horse. Phantom Hill accepts students from beginner to FEI for private or semi-private lessons. If you are interested in becoming a student with RaeAnn, please contact Phantom Hill Farm.
